Sheet Metal Fabrication
We have the capabilities and the facility to fabricate just about anything you can imagine. A partial list includes: air supply houses, clean rooms, commercial and industrial ductwork, control panels and cabinets, custom carts and electrical enclosures, dust and mist collection systems, housings and plenums, paint finishing system components, platforms, stairs, railings, tanks, booths & oven modules.
Piping Fabrication
Fabricating pipe spools, skids and racks gives us the ability to increase quality, safety & productivity by moving the work work from the jobsite to the controlled environment of our fabrication facility. Some examples of piping systems that we’ve been able to fabricate include: breathing & compressed air, HVAC & process piping, medical, laboratory and process gas systems, plumbing, chilled and hot water site utilities, high and low pressure steam, pressure reducing stations, food and beverage grade systems, pump skids, process & HVAC pipe racks, fuel systems, chemical waste systems, custom fittings and headers.
Installation
The ability to install what we fabricate has many advantages. The more hours that we move from the jobsite environment to a controlled shop environment allows us to monitor and improve safety, production, quality, scheduling and delivery. We are very proud of our ability to transform plans and specifications into creative, coordinated solutions to complex mechanical problems.
