The CBEC project was on a tight schedule and postage stamp jobsite. The coordination process for the CBEC project was a challenge because the model did not take into account the insulation of the mechanicals. We caught this and had to reroute and re-coordinate the mechanicals without affecting the building process. Our prefabrication scheduling allowed us to make “just in time” deliveries to accommodate the job site size.
